Getting reimbursed by host

  • You can request reimbursement from your host for agreed-upon expenses
  • You can’t request reimbursement for costs incurred as normal part of a trip, such as replacing fuel, paying tickets, paying tolls or for costs tied to policy violations
  • Contact your host to get their agreement in writing in Resortifi messaging to reimburse you for an expense
  • Tap or click "Contact Us" at the bottom of the screen once you have written agreement or reach out directly to chat with a Resortifi agent
    • If agent can see host’s agreement in Resortifi messaging, they’ll use host’s funds to reimburse you for agreed-upon amount
    • If there’s no agreement by host in Resortifi messaging, we’ll be unable to help; you and your host will have to work out the issue between you
