You can’t request reimbursement for costs incurred as normal part of a trip, such as replacing fuel, paying tickets, paying tolls or for costs tied to policy violations
Contact your host to get their agreement in writing in Resortifi messaging to reimburse you for an expense
Tap or click "Contact Us" at the bottom of the screen once you have written agreement or reach out directly to chat with a Resortifi agent
If agent can see host’s agreement in Resortifi messaging, they’ll use host’s funds to reimburse you for agreed-upon amount
If there’s no agreement by host in Resortifi messaging, we’ll be unable to help; you and your host will have to work out the issue between you
