Trip pricing

The trip price depends on different factors, including the day of the week, the length of the trip, and any applicable discounts. Trip price is just one element of the total trip cost.

Trip price

To arrive at a trip price, we add up the daily price for each day of your trip, apply any available discounts, and multiply that sum by the number of trip days. We display trip price as both a total amount and as a price per day. If you want to extend your trip, we’ll calculate a trip price based on the number of added days, your host’s pricing for those days, and any applicable discounts. Trip price is just one element of the total cost of a trip, which includes a trip fee, the cost of any protection plan, and other fees and costs that may apply.

Note: Your trip can start and end anytime you and your host agree on, but the smallest unit we’ll charge is one day.

Discounts

Some Resortifi hosts offer an early bird discount to guests who book a trip one week or more in advance. Hosts may also offer discounts for a trip booked or extended for a consecutive three days, one week, two weeks, one month, or two months. Some hosts may email guests who complete a trip a discount code for a future trip with them. Hosts decide for themselves whether to offer discounts and can set different discounts for different vehicles.

If your trip is eligible for a discount, we’ll show you the percent reduction applied to the daily price. If your trip qualifies for any combination of discounts – early bird, duration, or future trip discount – we’ll combine them at checkout. For example, if your trip is eligible for an early bird discount the host has set at 10% and a three-day trip duration discount they’ve set at 5%, we’ll apply a 15% reduction to the price per day for the trip.
