Travel delays or cancellations​

Work with your host to reschedule your Resortifi trip if your travel is delayed or canceled or if you have a lost baggage issue. Contact customer support if you need help rebooking.

Managing flight or train travel issues

Contact your host as soon as possible via Resortifi messaging if you experience:

  • Delayed or canceled travel
  • Lost luggage delay

Once you know your new arrival time, work it out with your host in messaging. Then submit a request for the trip change via the Resortifi system so your host can approve it.

To request a trip change, open your Trips tab, tap Booked, and select the trip you’d like to change. Tap the “Change trip” button to make your request.

If your host can’t accommodate your change and cancels the trip, call us during business hours for help finding another vehicle.

Refunds for travel issues

Delayed or canceled travel

If your flight or train is delayed or canceled, we’ll issue you a full refund if you meet all the criteria listed below.

  • You contacted your host via Resortifi messaging before the scheduled start of your Resortifi trip;
  • Your host couldn’t accommodate your new start time; and
  • You emailed Resortifi customer support no later than 24 hours after the Resortifi trip’s scheduled start with documentation of the flight or train issue

Note: If your flight is canceled or delayed more than three days in advance of your Resortifi trip, our standard Cancellation policy will apply.

Lost baggage

If you’re delayed because of lost baggage, Resortifi will issue you a full refund as long as you take both of the following actions:

  • Contact your host via Resortifi messaging no later than 30 minutes after the trip was scheduled to start; and
  • Email Resortifi customer support no later than 24 hours after the Resortifi trip’s scheduled start with documentation of the lost baggage
