Rebooking a cancelled trip
To rebook a canceled trip:
- Follow link in cancellation email or open Inbox and open Notifications tab to see cancellation
- Tap “Book another car” to see list of similar vehicles matching your trip dates from highly rated hosts in or near your original location
- Choose a suggested vehicle or one found in your own search
- Book new trip with funds from canceled trip
- See cancellation amount deducted from cost of new trip at checkout
- If new trip is more expensive, we’ll display additional amount due
- If new trip is less expensive, we’ll auto-refund difference
To skip rebooking and request refund for canceled trip:
- Wait 24 hours for Resortifi to automatically initiate refund of original payment amount or take these steps:
- Open cancellation notification and tap “Book another car”
- Scroll to bottom of page and tap “Get a full refund” to initiate
- Allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
- Credit cards: Three to five business days
- Debit card (including Revolut): 10 business days
- Apple Pay or Google Pay: Up to 30 days
- Wait 24 hours for Resortifi to automatically initiate refund of original payment amount or take these steps:
