Canceled trips
In the unlikely event your trip is canceled, you can rebook a new trip yourself via the Resortifi system or call customer support for help rebooking.
Host canceled your trip
If we notify you that your host has canceled your trip, you can quickly rebook a similar vehicle from a trusted host with funds from the canceled trip. If you don’t rebook within 24 hours, we’ll issue you a full refund. If you can’t find a replacement you’re happy with or you decide not to rebook, you can initiate the refund sooner; your bank will take an additional three to 10 business days to return the funds to your account.

Host asked you to cancel
If your host asked you to cancel the trip for them, tell them Resortifi requires them to cancel. If you cancel, Resortifi may charge you a cancellation fee. If your host‘s failure to cancel is preventing you from booking a new trip, call us.

Resortifi canceled your trip
If you received a cancellation notice but neither you nor your host canceled the trip, it means Resortifi canceled the trip due to a verification issue. Resortifi cancellations are effective immediately and auto-trigger a full refund. Your bank will take an additional three to 10 business days to return funds to your account.
