Changing delivery location
You can request to change your delivery pickup or return location once your trip is booked
- If the trip is already in progress, you can still request to change your delivery return location
- New location must be one where the host already offers delivery, or it must be within their custom delivery radius
We may amend your delivery fee if the price to deliver to the new location is different than the price for the original location
- If you change the return location only, we’ll calculate a new delivery fee that’s a total of 50% of the delivery fee for the original location plus 50% of the delivery fee for the new location
You can request a new pickup or return location by following these steps:
- Log onto Resortifi.com or the Resortifi app
- Open your Trips tab
- Tap “Booked” to select the trip you’d like to change
- Select the Details tab and tap the “Modify trip” button
- From the menu of options, select “Trip dates and location”
- Tap “Change” beside location address
- Make new location selection and tap “Save” to submit
Your host has eight hours (or less depending on lead time of your request) to approve or decline the change
- If they decline or don’t respond, you must pick up and/or return the car at the original delivery location
