Changing delivery location

  • You can request to change your delivery pickup or return location once your trip is booked

    • If the trip is already in progress, you can still request to change your delivery return location
    • New location must be one where the host already offers delivery, or it must be within their custom delivery radius
  • We may amend your delivery fee if the price to deliver to the new location is different than the price for the original location

    • If you change the return location only, we’ll calculate a new delivery fee that’s a total of 50% of the delivery fee for the original location plus 50% of the delivery fee for the new location
  • You can request a new pickup or return location by following these steps:

    • Log onto Resortifi.com or the Resortifi app
    • Open your Trips tab
    • Tap “Booked” to select the trip you’d like to change
    • Select the Details tab and tap the “Modify trip” button
    • From the menu of options, select “Trip dates and location”
    • Tap “Change” beside location address
    • Make new location selection and tap “Save” to submit
  • Your host has eight hours (or less depending on lead time of your request) to approve or decline the change

    • If they decline or don’t respond, you must pick up and/or return the car at the original delivery location
