Vehicle location misrepresentation
Your vehicle must be located at the home and delivery location(s) that appear on your listing, or you risk violation fees and possible removal from Resortifi.
Home and delivery locations
Resortifi requires the vehicle location(s) that appear in your listing match the physical location(s) of your vehicle. This is true for listed home and delivery locations. You may not ask guests to travel to a vehicle location outside your listed delivery location, and you must fully and accurately communicate vehicle location in your pickup and return instructions to guests. Note: Hosts are not permitted to list their vehicle’s home location on airport property.
Airport location communication
Deliveries to airports with multiple parking options require clear and detailed communication. Hosts should plan to do the following:
- After choosing an airport delivery location, note in your listing that you’ll message guests with the exact vehicle location once on site
- Give as much detail as necessary for guests to easily locate the vehicle, including the name of parking garage/lot and the name or number of the section/parking stall; include a photo for reference
