Resortifi collects sales tax for hosts in some geographic locations. Hosts are responsible for knowing their own tax obligations.
Tax responsibility
Resortifi collects and pays sales tax based on current peer-to-peer, marketplace facilitator, and economic nexus laws. Resortifi can’t offer tax advice, so talk to your licensed tax professional about your tax obligations. Below is a list of states and localities where Resortifi collects sales tax.

*Resortifi collects and remits Gross Excise Tax (GET) as a “marketplace facilitator”. Some host obligations for GET remain. Resortifi also collects and remits Hawai’i Rental Motor Vehicle Surcharge Tax (RMVST). Taxes Resortifi collects – Canada
Resortifi collects Goods and Services Tax (GST), Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and/or Quebec Sales Tax (QST) on all fees that Resortifi charges hosts and guests.
Taxes Resortifi collects – UK
Resortifi collects Value-Added Tax (VAT) only on the amount of Resortifi services to hosts.
