How to relist after you repair maintenance issue
If you’re a host in the US or Canada and capable of doing so, you can make some repairs yourself and qualify for having your vehicle relisted. Specifically, you can repair or replace:
- burned out lights or cracked headlights
- dashboard lights
- damaged or worn hoses, belts, and tires
- car batteries and key fob batteries
Once you’ve made the repair, submit photos or video to customer support verifying the repair. The photos or video should show the new part and the repaired/now-functioning element and display a timestamp with a date later than the date we discovered the issue. Once we’ve reviewed your documentation, we’ll send you a follow-up email. Tap the “Contact us” button at the bottom of the screen to reach support.
