Set vehicle prices on the calendar
Use the calendar to view vehicle availability and manage vehicle prices all in one place.
How to view vehicle availability on the calendar
Scroll horizontally or vertically in any direction on your calendar to view available days, booked trips, or pending trip requests for your vehicles. As you scroll, you’ll see pending and booked trip details, and the relevant data loading for the section you’re viewing.
Tip: To get back to today’s date, tap or click the calendar icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Note: The default calendar view displays your vehicles in alphabetical order by make, model, and year. Use the “Sort” drop-down menu to sort by today’s price, license plate, or trips booked.
How to change vehicle prices by date
On the app
- In host mode, tap Trips, then tap Calendar
- Tap a date or several dates to make price changes all at onceORselect a range of dates by tapping on the start date and holding down as you slide your finger toward the end date of the range
- Look for a purple circle with a check mark on the dates you’ve selected; if dates are incorrect simply tap the selected dates again to deselect OR hold down on a date and slide your finger back toward the start date of the range
- Use the pop-up menu to adjust prices by percent or dollar amount
- Tap the purple “Update dates” button to save changes
On the web
- In host mode, click Trips, then click Calendar
- Click a date or several dates to make price changes all at once OR select a range of dates to change by selecting the start date and holding the shift key across to the end date of the range
- Look for a purple circle with a check mark on the dates you’ve selected; if dates are incorrect simply click the selected dates again OR let go of the 4.shift key to deselect
- Click “Edit prices & availability”
- Use Adjust to edit prices by percent or dollar amount for selected dates OR use Set to change the price of all selected dates to the same price
- Click “View on calendar” to view and confirm your changes before saving
- Click “Update” to save your price changes; to change your selections, click “Edit” to return to the previous screen
Note: Price changes won’t apply when a vehicle is booked for a trip, has a pending request, or is on an in-progress trip.
