The Power Host program provides enhanced support and perks to exceptional hosts who consistently set an example in the Resortifi community. Learn more about the requirements to achieve Power Host status.
Power Host program requirements
Power Hosts are the most dependable, ambitious, and accomplished hosts on Resortifi. The Power Host program provides enhanced support and perks to these exceptional hosts so they can more easily offer excellent guest service.
If you meet the following performance requirements* for a period of three or more months, we may invite you to the Power Host program:
- Meet All-Star Host requirements
- Have at least four active vehicles on Resortifi during the past 365 days with at least one completed trip on each
- Earn $36,000+ during the past 365 days
Note: You’ll no longer need 50+ reviewed trips over the past 365 days to qualify for Power Host status.
Power Host perks
Business insights Power Hosts get access to personal business insights via the Resortifi app or this link to(link). Learn how you’re doing across multiple business metrics over time with help of data visualization. See how many times your listing has been viewed and its booking conversion rate. Use the performance benchmarking tool to see how your vehicles compare with the same models or similar cars from Resortifi hosts in your area.
Host Success Manager
Power Hosts receive a direct introduction to a Host Success Manager who’ll share expert, data-based advice for improving business efficiency and increasing profitability.
Power Host support
Specially-trained support agents are available seven days a week from 6 am–8pm PT to help answer questions and resolve issues for Power Hosts. Email (email) and they'll reply as quickly as possible. You can also chat with Power Host Support via the business insights link (link). Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap or click "Chat with Power Host Support." As a Power Host you're able to leave the chat and return any time without having to start a new session. Outside of Power Host support hours, chat with a support agent to get help with vehicle quality issues, billing, guest or license verification or other general issues. You can also self-service issues. For example, use the app to easily send invoices to guests for reimbursement of post-trip costs like refueling or EV charging, additional distance, tickets or tolls, and to report smoking, cleaning, or late returns. Note: We’ll expedite contact requests made through the Help Center or to our general support number to the Power Host support team. Use the email or phone number tied to your Resortifi account so we can identify you as a Power Host.
Power Host claims
Power Hosts in the US are supported by our dedicated Power Host Claims team. Email them at (email). Remember, you can use the Claims dashboard to easily check the status of a claim managed by Resortifi or to escalate an issue you've been unable to resolve directly with a guest.
The Power Host Claims team is available Monday to Friday from 8am – 4pm Mountain Time (excluding most major holidays). Team members do their best to reply to emails within one business day and resolve your claim accurately in as little time as possible. Resolution time depends on the severity of the damage. You can help expedite your claim by providing all pre/post-trip photos and other requested documents as quickly as possible. This team can also assist If there were also non-damage issues that occurred during the trip.
After you report damage, we’ll automatically assign your claim to one of our Power Host Claims associates. Your associate will communicate with you via email, and the best way for you to be in touch with them is to reply in an email thread.
The Power Host Claims team doesn’t have an incoming phone line, but you can schedule phone calls with them as needed. Use the link at the bottom of your associate’s emails to make a call appointment.
Power Host windshield and tire repair
We’ll handle, without any applicable deductible, a Power Host’s claim for glass repair (not replacement) up to a maximum of $100 per claim. For tire repairs or replacement we'll pay, without any applicable deductible, up to a maximum of $200 per claim, regardless of the protection plan selected.
Power Host early access, special events, and insights
Power Hosts are the first to access new features and exclusive business pilot programs. They also receive invitations to special events and exclusive market insights and data not available to other hosts.
Note: Resortifi reserves the right to update our Power Host requirements from time to time without prior notice. If you violate our Terms of service or other policies we may remove you from the Power Host program. Violations may also result in removal from the Resortifi platform at our sole discretion.
