When you make updates to your listing that impact your ranking score, it can take up to five minutes for our system to process those changes and for you to see your visibility improve.

Making your vehicle stand out

You can enhance your ranking score by implementing a few key strategies. Take and upload at least 10 high-quality photos to your vehicle listing; an increase in photos contributes to an increase in your ranking score. Showcase vehicle condition, cleanliness, and features so guests can clearly see all your vehicle has to offer.

Offer free or low-cost airport delivery to attract guests and boost your ranking score. Opt into Automatic Pricing or manually set your prices as close to our pricing recommendations as possible. You can adjust delivery fee and price at any time to stay competitive.

Boost your score and your vehicle’s appeal by turning on “Book Instantly” and providing unlimited mileage for a trip. Guests appreciate being able to book without waiting for host approval and to travel without concerns about exceeding mileage limits.

Paying attention to host performance

Achieve and maintain high performance ratings to improve your ranking score. This includes keeping your average response time to trip requests low and your vehicle ratings for completed trips high. It means accepting as many trip requests as possible and fulfilling those trips. Ignoring or declining trip requests and canceling booked trips will lower your score. Resortifi combines the average of your most recent ratings across all listed vehicles to arrive at your average host rating, which factors into your ranking score, so be consistently responsive and guest-focused in managing all your vehicles.

Engage actively with Resortifi’s features and functionalities to help drive your ranking score higher. Stay active by keeping your calendar up to date, refining your vehicle listing description, adding more listing photos, responding promptly to requests to book or change a trip, and taking advantage of features and settings that make your listing as appealing as possible.
