Host mode​

Get to know host mode features and where to find them.

Trips

  • Booked: View trip details, messages, photos, driver information, and receipts for upcoming and in-progress trips
  • History: View trip details, messages, photos, driver information, and receipts for past trips
  • Calendar View and filter vehicle prices, availability, and trips in one dynamic calendar or change pricing efficiently across vehicles and dates

Inbox

  • Messages: View message threads with guests
  • Notifications: View a summary of host notifications such as upcoming trips, actions required, protection plan changes, new messages, or payments.

Vehicles

  • Listings: View and edit your vehicle listings or update settings such as protection plans or trip preferences
  • Claims: Track the status of claims and incidents
  • Resortifi Go: View the status and eligibility of contactless check-in/checkout for your vehicles
  • Host settings: Manage your pickup and return hours or access host resource guides

Business

  • Earnings: View trip earnings, reimbursements, transactions, and tax information
  • Performance: Check your host metrics and All-Star Host status
  • Reviews: View your ratings and reviews from guests with an option to filter by time period or by vehicle
