Change email address
You can update your email address on your Account page. Resortifi allows users to have only one account, so always change your email address rather than creating a new account with a new email.
How to change email address (on app)
- Tap “More” at the bottom of screen
- Tap “Account info”
- Tap “Email”
- Delete your current email to erase it and enter a new email address
- Verify the change via the code we’ll send you
How to change email address (on web)
- Hover over your profile photo to open the drop-down menu
- Choose Account
- Scroll down to the email field and delete your current email address
- Enter a new email for your account
- Verify the change via code we’ll send you
Note: If you have trouble changing your account email, tap “Contact Us” at bottom of this screen and follow prompts to connect customer support. Do not create a new account for a separate email or you’ll be unable to book or list a vehicle.
