Account closures | Hosts
We may close your account and limit your access to the platform if you violate Resortifi’s policies or our Terms of Service.
Host expectations
We expect hosts to follow our policies and honor our Terms of Service. We provide new hosts with training and access to hosting guidelines prior to listing their first vehicle on Resortifi. All information is available on our Help Center and in our Terms of Service.
If we remove you from Resortifi, we’ll send you an email notification. Behavior that can result in an account closure includes, but isn’t limited to:
- Discriminatory practices
- Exclusivity violations
- False or misleading listings
- Gray market violations
- Repeated trip cancellations
Restriction impact of account closures
If we close your account, you’ll be unable to log in to Resortifi and prohibited from hosting or booking vehicles on the platform. We’ll deactivate your vehicle listings and cancel pending trip requests and upcoming booked trips.
We’ll issue all payments owed to you via direct deposit to your linked bank account. If you meet the threshold to receive a 1099-K, we’ll email one to you by January 31 of the next year. You can also contact customer support to request an earnings summary.
