Guest no-shows
In some cases, you’ll need to message your guest and wait a set amount of time before reporting them as a no-show. Regardless of circumstances, you must report a guest no-show within 72 hours of the scheduled trip start.
Reporting a guest no-show
Resortifi Go trips
Report a Resortifi Go guest as no-show if they don't arrive within 12 hours of the scheduled trip start.
Non-Resortifi Go trips
If a guest doesn’t cancel and doesn't show up for a trip, contact them via Resortifi messaging. Tell them you plan to report them as “no-show” and let them know if you’re able to wait and for how long. Give them 15 minutes to respond to your message.
Report a guest as a no-show no earlier than 30 minutes after scheduled trip start time IF:
- the guest doesn’t respond within 15 minutes of your messaging them OR
- the guest responds, but you’re not able to wait for them; you must give them the full 15 minutes of wait time
Other no-show circumstances
Report the following as guest no-shows:
- Guest arrives at check-in with no license or with an invalid license
- Primary guest sends approved or unapproved additional driver to pick up the vehicle

Earnings for no-show trips
As long as you follow the reporting guidelines listed above, we’ll cancel the trip and issue partial earnings based on the length of the trip. We won’t pay any earnings if you report a guest no-show without having followed the guidelines or if you fail to report a no-show.
Earnings amount
- Trips two days or shorter: Your share of 75% of one day's average trip price (based on the protection plan you chose)
- Trips longer than two days: Your share of two days’ average trip price (based on the protection plan you chose) Half of any delivery fee regardless of trip length
Note: Exceptions to host earnings amounts may apply in the event of flight delay or flight cancellation, safety issues tied to vehicle cleanliness, or other extenuating circumstances.
