No smoking policy | Guests

This policy addresses the definition and scope of Resortifi’s position on smoking in vehicles on the platform and guidelines for handling policy violations.

Policy

Resortifi’s no smoking policy covers the use of, but isn’t limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers.

Resortifi prohibits smoking in any vehicle listed on the platform — even if there’s a suggestion that the host or a previous guest may have done so. Hosts must provide guests with a smoke-free vehicle.
