Learn how to view a record of your open or closed conversations with Resortifi support agents.
How to see your support message history
- Visit help.Resortifi.com
- Tap “Login” in the top right corner
- Once you’re logged in, tap the carrot beside your name
- Select “My conversations” from the drop-down menu
- Choose to filter your conversations by “All,” “Open,” or “Done”
