Reporting damage | Guests
- If your host’s vehicle was damaged on your trip, file a damage report and we’ll notify your host to respond
- Report mechanical damage, physical damage, or both
- Be prepared to describe the issue as fully as possible
- If your host reports damage, they’ll choose a resolution path: 1) work with you directly, or 2) file a claim for Resortifi to manage
- We’ll send you a damage report, notify you of their resolution choice, and ask you to respond
- If your host chooses to resolve damage directly with you, you can agree to do so or dispute the request
