Reporting damage | Guests

  1. If your host’s vehicle was damaged on your trip, file a damage report and we’ll notify your host to respond
    • Report mechanical damage, physical damage, or both
    • Be prepared to describe the issue as fully as possible
  2. If your host reports damage, they’ll choose a resolution path: 1) work with you directly, or 2) file a claim for Resortifi to manage
  3. We’ll send you a damage report, notify you of their resolution choice, and ask you to respond
  4. If your host chooses to resolve damage directly with you, you can agree to do so or dispute the request
