Cancel a trip with your host

You can cancel most trips yourself without contacting Resortifi. All cancellations are immediate.

How to cancel a trip

  1. Open your Trips tab
  2. Find and open the Booked trip you want to cancel
  3. Tap or click “Modify trip” and choose “Cancel trip”
  4. Verify cancellation details
  5. Select your reason for canceling
  • Share more about the cancellation reason (if prompted)
  • You may see an option to “Request change,” “Call support,” or “Call host”; if you’d still like to cancel, tap or click “Continue to cancel”
  1. Choose a refund option and complete the cancellation

Tip: If you plan to book another vehicle within the next 24 hours, choose the refund option “Apply your payment to a new trip.”

Note: Open your trip History tab to confirm the cancellation. Cancellations are immediate — you’ll no longer be authorized to receive or drive the vehicle.

Exception: If you receive a vehicle that doesn’t meet legal requirements or is unsafe, dirty, or smells of smoke, follow these guidelines to report the issue and arrange for a new vehicle.
